Last week I took my boys and headed down to the zoo. We met our friends, Abby and Quinn and Jonas and had a blast. We started in the North America half and worked our way over the course of the day through the whole zoo to the Africa side. It is definitely work pushing heavy toddlers through a whole zoo, but it was worth it. They both said they liked all of the animals, but some of our favorite zoo sights were the seals (as usual), the elephant (who usually doesn't make an appearance for me), the playground, the otters, the lion the helicopter, the backside of the buffalo statue, and of course the tram ride back to the zoo entrance. The rest of us liked the chimp who was right up next to the glass, but Benny was spooked for some reason and wouldn't get close.
We always have a great time playing at the zoo with our friends. Take a look at our fun day and a flashback to another zoo trip last summer with the same crew.
